Returns & Refunds We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. • Faulty goods: eligible for a refund, replacement or repair. • Change-of-mind: not accepted on perishable items. 8. Food Allergy Disclaimer (Nonna’s Deli) All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens. While we take reasonable care, cross-contamination may occur. It is your responsibility to assess any dietary risks before ordering.
9. Gift Cards & Promotions All gift cards, discount codes, and promotions are subject to the terms stated at the time of issue. They are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used retrospectively.
10. Intellectual Property All text, graphics, branding, photography, designs, and other content on the Sites are the intellectual property of F93 Pty Ltd or its licensors and protected under copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or modify this content without written consent.
